Bayside Residence
This stunning multi-generational modern residence was commissioned after PKA was awarded the project through a design competition. Located on the western edge of Lake Minnetonka minutes from downtown Minneapolis, the sloping site for this private residence offers extraordinary views of the sweeping glacial lake landscape. The owners envisioned a modern home that was knitted to the landscape, creating a single-level daily living experience for themselves as well as an open, fun, kid-friendly, family gathering space for their grown children and grandchildren.
