Highlands Residence

Situated on a secluded lake, this home could just as easily exist in the English countryside. Our clients, a young couple with three children and two dogs, wanted their home to be timeless and modern, practical and playful, sustainable and stylish. We nestled the home deep into the site for maximum privacy and long views of the lake and an adjacent golf course and finished it with a luxe palette of natural materials. A series of intimate, right-sized rooms reflect all the facets of the family’s creative life—from cooking and doing homework to playing music, working out and entertaining.
