Mississippi River Loft
When our clients discovered two raw shells in the historic Whitney Landmark Residences, a former flour mill overlooking the Mississippi River, they were intrigued by the high wood joist ceilings, exposed brick walls and panoramic views of the river, the Stone Arch Bridge and St. Anthony Falls. Taking inspiration from the building’s original handcrafted industrial textures, including brick, timber, iron and glass, we worked closely with the clients and the design team to transform the space into a luxurious loft environment with an extraordinary sprit of place.
